Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with advanced training in Interventional Endoscopy to join a highly regarded, innovative team at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) — the flagship tertiary-quaternary referral hospital within the Sutter Health network.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a premier advanced endoscopy program with a robust regional referral base and a practice focused on complex diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, including advanced pancreatobiliary disorders, luminal interventions, complex resections, endoscopic ultrasound guided interventions, third space endoscopy, anti-reflux interventions, bariatric endoscopy, and emerging minimally invasive endoscopic therapies.
Physicians will have the opportunity to participate in — and help shape — cutting-edge clinical and translational research, multidisciplinary program development, and innovation in advanced endoscopic care. Practice Highlights
· Premier interventional endoscopy program within a tertiary-quaternary care center
· High-volume advanced referral practice with procedural breadth and complexity

Qualifications
· Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
· Fellowship training in Interventional Endoscopy / Advanced Endoscopy
· Expertise in advanced therapeutic endoscopy, including EUS and ERCP required
· Demonstrated commitment to innovation in endoscopic care
· Strong academic background, including peer-reviewed publications and/or national presentations preferred
· Interest in research, teaching, and program development
· Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
