Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hepatology team in San Francisco, California. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care for patients with liver disease within a supportive, innovative health system.
Position Details:
- Full-time position, outpatient-based
- Collaborative care model working closely with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and transplant specialists
- Responsibilities include patient evaluation and management, pre- and post-transplant care coordination, and ongoing chronic liver disease management
- Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and program development within a growing specialty service line
- Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- California license or eligable
- BC/BE Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- Experience or strong interest in hepatology, gastroenterology, or liver preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
