Opportunity Information

We are looking for a board certified or board eligible Pediatrician to join in Los Banos, CA. H1B and J1 visa candidates welcome to apply.

Position Details:

  • $250,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus 
  • Forgivable loan up to $400,000
  • Relocation assistance $15,000–$20,000
  • Housing or down payment support 
  • Visa sponsorship available (J-1 / H-1B)
  • Full benefits package (health, retirement, CME, PTO)
  • Leadership opportunities available

Responsibilities:

  • Covering the local Emergency Room
  • Newborn nursery coverage
  • Attending emergency C-sections as requested by OB
  • Manage Level I nursery, with approximately 800 deliveries per year and an average newborn census of 3-5

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications required
