Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing Ambulatory Behavioral Health team in Berkeley, California.
Develop a niche practice in reproductive psychiatry and older adult behavioral health with a predictable four-day outpatient schedule and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Position Details
Practice Highlights
- Outpatient psychiatry practice serving adults, with a focus on reproductive psychiatry and older adult behavioral health
- Tuesday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Collaborative team of 2 Psychiatrists, 3 Medical Assistants, and 7 Psychotherapists
- Established program with strong referrals and access to primary care and specialty partners
- Epic electronic medical record

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted California medical license, or ability to obtain
- DEA certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience practicing in an outpatient psychiatry setting
- Commitment to team-based and patient-centered care
- Interest in quality improvement and behavioral health initiatives
